Sonia’s Transformation Story

The Context

We helped Pano AI’s CEO refine her image ahead of the company’s Series B announcement.

Sonia Kastner is the Co-Founder & CEO of Pano AI, a leading fire detection company that recently raised $89M in funding.

Two women with shoulder-length dark hair wearing business attire, each smiling at the camera; one in a dark blazer on the left and one in a blue blazer on the right.

For Series A, the goal was to come off youthful & innovative.
For Series B, we wanted to convey authority, confidence & seriousness.

Building an Executive Wardrobe for Visibility

We looked to CEOs that have long been admired for their commanding yet approachable style — wardrobes that balance authority with warmth. For Sonia, this became the perfect blueprint. Every look moves effortlessly from the field to the boardroom — always confident, never overstyled.

Adding in Power Pieces for Executive Presence

We introduced clean, structured silhouettes — tailored blazers, refined suiting, and elongated trousers that project authority without feeling rigid.

Every piece was chosen to command attention while remaining approachable, polished, and effortless to wear.

Style That Speaks First

We used color & texture to not only match the appropriate settings but also to the audience.

While professional suiting fits well on stage or on panels, laid-back polished looks helped convey Sonia’s mission — early wildfire detection — was equally as important.

Sonia’s day-to-day could include meeting with utility companies, fire departments & her team. We needed a wardrobe that was flexible & versatile.

Two women are shown speaking at separate events; one sits in a chair in a blue suit, the other stands on stage in a red blazer holding a presentation remote.

Her image finally reflected the scale of the company she was building.

The Result: Pano AI In the Press

Sonia stepped into her Series B launch with a wardrobe that matched her growing influence.

Confident Presence — She could walk into any room — whether with firefighters, government officials, or venture capitalists — knowing her look projected authority and credibility.

Effortless Versatility — Outfits transitioned seamlessly from field visits to formal meetings to stage appearances.

Polished Consistency — Every piece was tailored, coordinated, and intentional, making her style an asset rather than a distraction.

Her image evolved to reflect not just the leader she was — but the trailblazer she was becoming.
