Born and raised in Davao, Philippines, I am a proud mother of two wonderful sons and a Client Experience Manager at AC, where I've been part of the team for nearly five years. I primarily manage backend operations while also supporting clients with order placements, returns, and exchanges. What I enjoy most about my role is making a positive impact through the little things and seeing my name mentioned in client reviews as a reflection of the support I've provided. Although my childhood dream was to become a doctor, I've found my own way of caring for people through my work and my family. My children and parents are my greatest motivation, and I always strive to make others feel valued and supported. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my boys, cooking, and baking for family and friends. I'm naturally curious, love learning new things, and enjoy finding thoughtful ways to make people smile.
